Prescription Refills

If you are in need of a prescription refill, please allow 48 hours from the time of your request for processing. To request a refill, call 850-863-3148 and press option 19 to leave a detailed message for our nursing team. Be sure to include your full name, date of birth, the name of the medication, dosage, and your preferred pharmacy.

Please note that refill requests are handled during regular business hours. Requests made after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
